1) Open http://www.officelive.com

2) Click on Sign In

3) Enter your Windows Live ID and password

4) Click on Sign In

5) Click on Account Management from the center of the page

6) Now, click on 'Cancel your account' from middle of the page and follow the steps

7) Click on Next

8) Select the reason for cancelling by clicking in front of check box

9) Click on Next

10) Enter your alternate email address where you want the cancellation confirmation, in the blank space provided in front of "To alternate e-mail:"

11) Now, click on "Cancel this account"

Note: After cancelling your account from your end, you will receive Domain Registration Key of your domain within 24 to 48 hours.

However, if you want us to cancel your Microsoft Office Live account then in order to proceed with your account cancellation request, we will require your account details to verify the ownership of your Microsoft Office Live account associated with domain name muratguluk.com for privacy and security reasons:

1) First and Last name that is associated with your Microsoft Office Live account (Required)

2) Billing address associated with Microsoft Office Live account (Required)

3) Telephone number associated with Microsoft Office Live account (Required)

4) Year of birth associated with Microsoft Office Live account (Required)

Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to email accounts created through your Microsoft Office Live account.
